Ode to Peppa Pig
An original and classic poem by Claire Wisniewski
Peppa Pig, Peppa Pig,
an english-accented TV star.
Peppa Pig, pop that pig!
She’s taking this way too far!
I say that her show is really weird
Cause all they do is snort.
I think that watching her on TV
should be a last resort.
And her little brother, George-
he’s odd just like her, too.
He says “dinosaur” all the time.
And always goes “boo-hoo!”
And Daddy Pig’s nose has a serious problem.
It snort’s too loud and too much.
It probably breaks after every show!
(at least, that is my private hunch.)
Mommy pig is really fat,
her dress might be big, but that’s not what i think…
And her high, silly voice
might just push me over the brink!
But now we’ve come
to the end of my rant.
For that’s all the things I can think of.
Any more- I just can’t!
